And the first forerunners [in the faith] among the Muhajireen and the Ansar and those who followed them with good conduct - Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him, and He has prepared for them gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. About Us (History)

Back in 2010, a few brothers from the Kingsbury area started to have a spiritual gathering in a few brothers’ houses, within several weeks, the size of the gathering increased, which prompted a need for a local facility for prayers and community activities.

Since 2012 we have been hiring a nearby church hall for weekly Jummah prayers, and around 250 brothers regularly attend for Jummah. 2012 was also the year when the first elections were held for the first Board of Trustees to be voted in. On 22 June 2012, elections were held at Cannons Community Hall.

In 2013 we found a small hall for rent to perform daily prayers and various religious activities,

However, it has been felt for a long time that the current facilities are inadequate and also not an ideal place to continue our planned activities, with the most basic and tightly packed amenities, this hall has been our Musallah for the last 5 years now and it has the capacity for only 60 peoples.
